NEW:

Eliane has come across a (rather extensive) glossary of terms in English language teaching: download from here

http://www.cambridgeesol.org/assets/pdf/tkt_glossary.pdf /  or directly from the wiki: tkt_glossary.pdf

It covers a wide range of topics such as

- Approaches (eg. Communicative Approach, Total Phyisical Response)

- Activities (eg. Jigsaw listening)

- Assessment (eg. formative, formal)

- Lesson Planning (eg. TTT, Lead-in)

-Teaching materials and aids (eg. realia)

- Learners' Mistakes and Correction Strategies (eg. over-application of the rule)

- Classroom Management (eg. mingle)

Some of the terms are too basic but all in all, I think it's quite useful. Thank you, Eliane!
